We vow to fulfill, and encourage others to fulfill, the goals and requirements of Clean Regattas as set forth by Sailors for the Sea, and to work to protect and restore our waters for the use and enjoyment of this and future generations.

Welcome to the Lake Ontario 300 website. The Lake Ontario 300 is the longest annually held fresh water sailing race in the world. The race takes place on July 18th and is open to fully crewed, double handed or single handed racers.
Racers will circumnavigate the lake. Starting at Port Credit Yacht Club the fleet heads east and rounds Main Duck Island, and then heads south to Oswego NY where it then turns east along the south shore to a mark at the Niagara River before heading to the finish line back at Port Credit.
This is the 20th running of the Lake Ontario 300 and a record number of boats from Canada and the United States are expected to turn out.
