Photo Contest
The 2008 Photo Contest should top them all!

, the 2008 contest is open to all competitors and to the public at large. All photos taken during the event qualify, including social activities prior to the race as well as the race itself.
Photos will be judged in the following categories:
Contest Rules:
- Deadline for entries is August 14, 2008.
- Photos should be uploaded to the Solmar Lake Ontario 300 website Photo Gallery and designated as Photo Contest Entries. The following information will be prompted for each photo during the upload process:
- Name of photographer
- Name of yacht from which photo was taken, if applicable
- Date and approximate time of photo
- The names of any people in the photo
- Each contestant agrees that any photo entered in this contest will become the property of the LO300 organizing committee, and that agreement is signified by uploading the photos to the server.
- Professional photographers do not qualify for prizes.
- Judges will be appointed by Yachting Canada and the LO300 Organizing Committee.
- Limit of 12 photos entered into the contest per person.
Winning photos will appear in a special photo spread in Yachting Canada Magazine.
Prizes for first and second place winners in each category will be presented at the awards banquet.
